Are you interested in building a home with us but don't know how to get started? We're here to help! In fact, we want our process to be so easy that we crafted a NEW web page dedicated to helping homeowners know exactly where to begin. On the page, you'll find a step-by-step guide, sign-up form, and helpful resources to answer some of the most common questions about financing and our overall build process.
We encourage you to explore our new How to Get Started page at your convenience. We also recommend you bookmark the page for safekeeping, so as you work your way through the first few steps, you have the process right at your fingertips, and you'll know what to do next. In the meantime, here's a rundown of each of the sections you'll find.
When you first land on the page, you'll notice a series of four steps. We recommend going in order, so you're best prepared for each step along the way. For example, the first thing to check off your list is selecting one of our communities. We're currently building in Bentonville, Cave Springs, Rogers, and Fayetteville. With so many choices, it can be helpful to narrow down where you want to live before moving on to the next step, which is touring model homes.

In the second step of our process, you'll be guided to tour our model homes or join a VIP List. How do you know which one is right for you? This is simply based on the phase of a particular community. If a community is "active," that means a model home is complete, homesites are available, and tours can be scheduled with our sales agents or toured with the NterNow app. If a community or new phase of an existing community is "coming soon," you'll need to sign up for our VIP List.
What does it mean to be on the list? Essentially, it keeps you informed about the community. You'll be the first to find out home designs, pricing, and homesite availability. You'll also get priority on choosing your homesite and exteriors. For more details on our VIP perks, check out this blog post.
Within Step Two, you'll see a "Start Here" button, which guides you down the page to our sign-up form. You'll be prompted to select a community and provide your contact information. Based on the community you've selected, you will either be added to the VIP List or placed on a call list to schedule a tour. Easy as that!
Oftentimes, building a home is a new experience for homeowners. Naturally, there are lots of questions. To answer some of the most common things we hear, and to help you feel comfortable getting started, we've added a Helpful Resources section at the bottom of the page. You'll find notes about financing, such as needing a pre-qualification letter from your lender to contract your homesite. We've also listed a brief overview of our build process so you know what to expect. Once you're officially a homeowner, we'll communicate every step of the way with our exclusive Milestone Tracker. We're big on communication!
