Before we start building, you'll have a pre-construction meeting with your superintendent. Together, you'll review construction plans, safety policies, and any questions you may have.
Over the course of several months, we'll construct your home and communicate using our digital Milestone Tracker. Key milestones start with your foundation and end with a 240-point quality assurance inspection, touchups, and punch list.
As your home nears completion, we'll schedule a homeowner orientation. You receive demonstrations of your home's operation, maintenance responsibilities, and warranties, so you feel confident once you take ownership.
As one of the most exciting steps, you'll have a final walk-through before officially closing. At this time, you'll also get the keys, garage opener, and warranty information before moving into your beautiful new home!
