Cave Springs is a charming little town located just south Bentonville, west of Rogers and north of Springdale. The downtown area sits along Highway 112 in one of the more centrally located spots in the region. It's only five miles from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) and three miles from Mount Hebron, a brand new 75-acre park that accomodates pickleball, basketball, baseball, and tennis. It also features walking trails, a splash pad, a dog park, and more. It's no wonder Cave Springs and the surrounding towns of Centerton and Highfill are the fastest growing areas of Arkansas.
Situated just north of Fayetteville and south of Rogers and Bentonville, many families choose to live in Springdale because it's so centrally located to all there is to enjoy in Northwest Arkansas.
