Come explore inspired home designs, visit some of our most popular communities, enjoy free food and drinks from local vendors, and enter for chances to win a $12,000 Disney vacation, a weekend to The Ozarker Lodge with tickets to Silver Dollar City, or a fun-filled staycation.
Join us when it's convenient for you — Monday through Saturday between 10AM - 6PM or Sundays between 1PM - 6PM. On Saturdays between 10AM - 3PM, we'll be providing complimentary bites and treats from local food trucks, so don't miss it! Free popsicles and ice cream will be offered throughout the tour.

The Luxury Home Tour is a fun, laid-back way to sample the Buffington Homes experience and explore five unique communities across Northwest Arkansas.
Take your time walking through professionally designed model homes, discovering new floor plans and seeing the thoughtful details that make each Buffington home feel special. From open living spaces and beautiful kitchens to inviting outdoor areas and flexible rooms designed for real life, there will be inspiration waiting around every corner.
This year’s Luxury Home Tour includes five model homes in Fayetteville, Elm Springs, Rogers and Bentonville:
Magnolia Park offers beautiful new homes in west Fayetteville with convenient access to Clabber Creek Trail, Shaw Family Park, I-49 and Highway 112.
Parkside provides a peaceful Elm Springs setting near Shaw Family Park, combining quiet neighborhood living with easy access to everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer.
Evening Star showcases elevated home designs in one of west Bentonville’s most scenic communities, surrounded by rolling hills and wooded views.
Blossom Woods places you near some of the best outdoor recreation, shopping and dining in Rogers, including Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, Hobbs State Park and Pinnacle Hills Promenade.
Opal Park is one of southwest Bentonville’s most exciting new communities, featuring thoughtfully designed homes, native landscaping, walking trails, playgrounds and inviting gathering spaces.

Entering the Luxury Home Tour giveaway is simple:
Look for the official Luxury Home Tour QR code at each participating model home and our Design Studio. Scan the code during your visit and complete the entry form to receive five giveaway entries for that location. Scan the code at all six locations to receive up to 30 entries!
The featured prizes include a $12,000 Disney vacation, a weekend to The Ozarker Lodge with tickets to Silver Dollar City, or a fun-filled staycation.
The giveaway winners will be announced on Tuesday, September 29, between 5pm-7pm, with the location to be announced. RSVP on Facebook to get the most up-to-date info. You must be present to win!
Touring homes is even better with something delicious in hand! Complimentary refreshments like popsicles and ice cream will be available through the tour. On Saturdays between 10AM - 3PM, we're providing free food and drinks from local vendors such as Vagabond Coffee Truck, Chewks, K'Zolis Italian Food Truck, Flourish Coffee, & Mo’ Tacos and Churros. Our Design Studio will feature a "build your own flower bouquet" station and free snacks from Ozark Charcuterie. More will be announced soon, so be sure to follow the event for the latest updates.
