2 FINALIZING YOUR PLAN! Once you've fallen in love with a floor plan and selected the options that make it your dream home, it's time to write your contract. At this point, you'll need a pre- qualification letter and a deposit check.
3 BUILDING YOUR DREAM HOME!
Pre-construction: Meet your experienced community Superintendent to discuss the different aspects of construction, and address your technical questions prior to starting the Build Process.
Pre-Sheetrock: Walk though the home with your Superintendent after framing is complete, major mechanicals are roughed-in, and insulation is installed. After this point, you will begin having weekly calls with your Community Sales Manager to stay up-to- date on the progress of your Build.
Quality Assurance Inspection and Homeowner Orientation: Meet with your Superintendent again to review your new home, and discuss operating and caring for its components. A detailed inspection will be performed by your Superintendent, making note of anything that needs attention. We want to be sure that your home meets our level of craftsmanship and standards of quality. We want you to take pride in your new home, just the way that we do.
4 CLOSING DAY! Welcome home! Closing Day is a celebration, the culmination of months of hard work, and the beginning of the next phase of your life. This is the moment you've been waiting for when we give you the keys to your beautiful new dream home.
5 WARRANTY COVERAGE! Our support and care for your home doesn't stop on Closing day. You can sleep soundly knowing that your new home is covered by our 1-year limited warranty service program.
