Our Experienced Duo at Lochmoor Club Makes Homebuilding Fun!

When it comes to the process of buying and building a home, having an incredible team on your side makes all the difference. We’re excited to introduce you to two of our wonderful sales associates, Ron Hager and Jackie Snead! 

They’re heading up sales at Lochmoor Club, Buffington Homes’ newest Bentonville neighborhood, and we know you’ll love them just as much as we do! After a fun Facebook LIVE interview, we decided to document some of our conversation right here so you can see why working with this team is unbelievably fun and simple!

You two have a long history together! Tell us how you met.
Ron: Jackie’s brother and I have been best friends since we were 11! Believe it or not, I met Jackie growing up in Siloam Springs when she was about 5 or 6. We go way, way back.

Jackie: And we’ve worked together before! When I was in college, one of my summer jobs was working as his receptionist and secretary. He’s truly the best person to work alongside. 

Tell us how your background and experience helps you serve your customers.
Ron: I got my real estate license at 23. From there, I worked for my father-in-law for 10 years, and then eventually opened up my own company. Over the years, I’ve learned so much about what’s important to buyers, because everyone has very specific things that they care about. I like giving people what they want, instead of what someone else wanted before them.

How does your expertise change the process for buyers?
Ron: For example, an in-depth understanding of resale value makes all the difference when buyers go to choose upgrades and designs. In addition, knowing new construction in and out lets me very easily walk buyers through the ups and downs of building their dream home. I know I have all of the necessary experience to make every part of the process smooth and rewarding!

How about your experience, Jackie? How does it make a difference for buyers?
Jackie: Like Ron said, our experience lets us be the best of the best for our buyers. Coming from a real estate background, I can help people spend their dollars in places where it’s really going to add value, which is so important. And maybe most importantly, we make each experience personal. This just changes the whole process — it becomes so much rewarding and that much sweeter. 

What can your customers expect from working with you two?
Jackie: We’re the team you want on your side! We really care about every single one of our clients. Being in this industry for so long really teaches you how to ease buyers through every high and low point.

Ron: We’ll give you the best buying and building experience possible! How our customers feel at each stage of the journey is very important to us, so we make sure that stress is constantly kept at bay, to the bare minimum. 

Why is Lochmoor Club different than most other communities? Why do people want to live here? 
Jackie: I think one thing that speaks for Lochmoor is that a lot of people who already live here love this area so much that they are buying in Phase II. Lochmoor Club feels really secluded because it’s off of 112, but at the same time is really close to everything they could need. It’s truly like an oasis that feels very personal and welcoming. 

What’s your favorite part about working for Buffington Homes?
Ron: I know the finished product will make the buyer happy. Always. Delivering this promise is what makes my work feel incredible every single day. 

Jackie: I know we provide an excellent home. We have a great team. We listen to our customers and always improve the process. We’ve built a team to help you build a home!
