I studied architecture and interior design in college and have had multiple internships in the design industry. For as long as I can remember, I have always loved art and design, and I cannot imagine being a part of a different industry!
My favorite space in the home is the kitchen. Not because of cooking, because I am the worst cook, but growing up, the kitchen was a space where my family would hang out most. If I was doing homework with my sister while my mom was cooking dinner, or where my dad would help me with school projects, we were always in the kitchen together. I believe the "kitchen is the heart of the home," and I love that it is a space where everyone can share and make memories.
The place that most inspires me is the living room. In my home back in Dallas, our living room had several windows which allowed for a lot of natural light. The living room is very open and bright, which I think is very important to have in a home.
Meeting new people and get to see their envisions and help bringing their ideas to life.
