About the Community
Cottages at the Park is one of the most convenient places to live in Northwest Arkansas. Located in West Springdale just south of Cave Springs off Hwy 112, it's just steps away from the newly constructed Shaw Family Park.
It's only a short drive to the area's largest employers, including Tyson Foods, J.B. Hunt, the University of Arkansas, and the Walmart home office. It's also close to Arkansas Children's Northwest, the region's only pediatric hospital.
Relaxed Living
Cottages at the Park defines relaxed living with welcoming front porches, shady sidewalks, and lush green spaces, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors and meet new neighbors. Plus, the community offers maintenance-free yards, so you have extra time to enjoy your weekends!
We've created six new floor plans specifically for this community with garden-inspired names like the Lily and the Dahlia. There's a selection of one or two-story homes that are perfect for all life stages. When you pair the beauty and ease of these plans with all of the design options available in our in-house studio, you're sure to build a home that's perfect for you and your family. Ready to start building a life you'll love?

This is a 120-acre city park that features four tennis courts, the largest splash pad in the area, an extreme fitness area, two playgrounds, a dog park, two pavilions with restrooms, five ponds, three biking/walking trails, and a large natural area. The Arkansas Game & Fish Commission has stocked two ponds for fishing, and three trails will cover almost 3 miles around the park. This $10 million project is nearly complete, with plans to add softball fields in the near future!
