Buffington Homes, it simply lets us know you're interested in building in one of our upcoming communities. Then, when we're ready to launch that community, you'll receive priority when it comes to selecting a homesite.
This was formerly called our VIP List, and we've simply freshened up the name to be more descriptive. (Although, we still treat everyone like VIPs around here.) Before we dive into the details and benefits of joining a Community Interest list, let's talk about why we created these lists in the first place!

So, if you're on the list, you get an early & exclusive look at the number of homesites available, which floorplans are being offered, and the pricing details. That's just the beginning.
Since purchasing a homesite is on a first-come, first-served basis, having the ability to select a homesite before they're released to the public is perhaps one of the biggest benefits of joining. You can enjoy choosing your homesite without the hassle of bidding wars or multiple offers competing for the same property.
You also get to pick from a wider selection of exterior design options. Why? In an effort to keep the streetscapes visually appealing in our communities, we won't repeat the same exterior colors and elevation on either side of a home or directly across the street. That means if you have your heart set on a white brick exterior, the earlier you make your selection, the better your chance of having exactly what you want.
And, did we mention introductory pricing? This is another huge benefit to joining the list and selecting your homesite early. You get access to special pricing when you purchase within our grand opening timeframe.
There's no cost to join the list, and there is no penalty if you decide not to buy. So, it's truly a smart move if you're interested in building a home with us.
