Purchasing agents and Estimators work with each other – and with all of our other departments – to coordinate estimates, purchase orders, budgets, selections, materials, contracts and bids. They verify the plans for each home, making sure that the selections & options for each home are correct. They determine the materials that need to be purchased, as well as the amount of work that needs to be performed. And they make sure that each purchase order gets to our suppliers, supervisors, and subcontractors. In short, without these knowledgeable folks, your new home wouldn’t get built!
