Join us to tour our beautiful model homes, enjoy local food and drinks, and take part in exciting giveaways. Each event runs from 10 am to 3 pm, offering a fun, laid-back way to explore our homes, and experience everything our neighborhoods have to offer.
Pick up a passport at any model home and visit all five stops on our Luxury Home Tour. Get your passport stamped at each location, then turn it in for a chance to win our featured giveaways. You’ll have the entire week—September 13–21—to collect all your stamps!
On Saturdays from 10 am - 3 pm, each community will feature a unique local food or drink vendor—from coffee trucks and bagel shops to taco stands, donut carts, and ice cream trucks. Plus, every stop has free popsicles and ice cream sandwiches in the freezer to help you cool off while you browse.
Entrants must be physically present at the live drawing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Evening Star model home to claim their prize. If the selected entrant is not present, another eligible entry will be drawn. We’d really hate to call your name for the big Disney trip and not have you there to celebrate!*
