On Saturdays from 10AM - 3PM, each community will feature a unique local food or drink vendor—come enjoy complimentary Italian food, tacos, churros, cookies, coffee, and more! Plus, every stop has free popsicles and ice cream sandwiches in the freezer to help you cool off while you browse. Our Design Studio will also feature a free "build your own flower bouquet" station!
Visit any participating model home during the 2026 Luxury Home Tour and scan the unique QR code displayed at that location. Fill out the form to receive five giveaway entries for that model home. Each participating model will have its own unique QR code, giving you more chances to win each time you visit a new location. Visit all five model homes and our Design Studio to receive up to 30 entries for a chance to win a $12,000 Disney vacation, a weekend to The Ozarker Lodge with tickets to Silver Dollar City, or a fun-filled staycation. Please note: Our Design Studio is only open on Saturdays between 10AM - 3PM.

Eligibility
The 2026 Buffington Homes Luxury Home Tour Giveaway is open to legal residents of Arkansas only who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Buffington Homes, Toll Brothers, Inc., their subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
Promotion Period
The giveaway will take place during the 2026 Buffington Homes Luxury Home Tour from September 12–20, 2026.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Eligible participants may earn multiple entries throughout the Promotion Period by visiting participating Luxury Home Tour locations and completing additional entry opportunities available through the official online sweepstakes platform.

Each participating location will provide an opportunity to earn giveaway entries by scanning the designated QR code and/or entering the unique code provided at that location. Participants may earn five entries at each participating location, for up to 30 location-based entries by visiting all six locations (5 per location) plus 6 bonus entries available.
Participants may also earn additional entries by completing eligible actions within the official sweepstakes platform, including following Buffington Homes on social media, sharing designated content, referring others, and completing other available promotional activities.
The number of entries awarded for each activity and any limits associated with that activity will be identified within the sweepstakes platform. There is no overall limit on the number of eligible entries a participant may accumulate.
Each participant must enter using their own name and accurate contact information. Entries may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another participant.
Prize Drawing
Three winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.
The live drawing will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the Buffington Homes Design Studio, 2826 E. Joyce Blvd., Fayetteville, Arkansas. The event will be held from 5:00–7:00 p.m., with the prize drawing scheduled for approximately 7:00 p.m.
Entrants must be physically present at the live drawing to win. If a selected entrant is not present, is unable to verify eligibility, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, another eligible entry will be drawn.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
One Prize Per Household
A maximum of one prize may be awarded per household or family unit during the Promotion.
Multiple eligible adults within the same household may participate separately and accumulate their own entries. However, once one person within a household is confirmed as a winner, all other members of that household become ineligible to win another prize.
For example, spouses may each participate and accumulate entries, but they may not each win separate prizes.
Prizes
Three prizes will be awarded:
Disney Vacation Giveaway – A credit of up to $12,000 toward a Disney vacation package. Buffington Homes will coordinate with a Disney Trip Planner to arrange accommodations, park tickets and eligible experiences up to the prize value. Airfare is not included. Any expenses exceeding the prize value are the responsibility of the winner.
Branson Getaway Package – Includes a two-night stay at The Ozarker Lodge, a $500 food gift card, and four tickets to Silver Dollar City.
Northwest Arkansas Staycation – Includes a two-night stay at 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville and a $300 food gift card.
Total Approximate Prize Value: $15,000.
Actual prize values may vary. Any difference between the approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded in cash.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitutions are permitted except at Buffington Homes’ sole discretion if a prize or prize component becomes unavailable.
Travel, lodging, tickets and other prize components are subject to availability and any applicable provider restrictions or blackout dates. Unless specifically included in the prize description, transportation, meals, incidental expenses and other costs associated with accepting or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes associated with their prize and may be required to provide information or documentation necessary for tax reporting and prize fulfillment.
Marketing & Privacy
By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that the information they provide may be used by Buffington Homes, Toll Brothers, Inc., and their affiliated companies to administer the giveaway and for ongoing marketing and advertising purposes.
This may include communicating with participants about Buffington Homes and Toll Brothers communities, homes, events, promotions, special offers and other products or services; sending marketing communications by email; and using participant information for advertising, audience development and remarketing purposes.
Participant information may also be shared with service providers, marketing vendors and advertising platforms acting on behalf of Buffington Homes or Toll Brothers for these purposes, subject to applicable law and the Toll Brothers Privacy Policy.
Participants may unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time. Unsubscribing after entering will not invalidate entries already earned or affect an otherwise eligible participant’s ability to win.
Any consent required for promotional text/SMS communications will be obtained separately.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Buffington Homes and Toll Brothers to use a winner’s name, photograph, likeness and statements regarding the Promotion for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions
Buffington Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention or other circumstances affect the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.
Buffington Homes reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, obtain entries fraudulently, provide false information or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Buffington Homes is not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate or invalid entries; malfunctioning QR codes; internet or technical failures; or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
All decisions made by Buffington Homes regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection and prizes are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Buffington Homes, Toll Brothers, Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, representatives, promotional partners and prize providers from claims, damages or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
