Join us to tour our beautiful model homes, enjoy local food and drinks, and take part in exciting giveaways. Each event runs from 10 am to 3 pm, offering a fun, laid-back way to explore our homes, and experience everything our neighborhoods have to offer.
Look for the official Luxury Home Tour QR code at each participating model home. Scan the code while visiting the model, complete the entry form and you’ll receive one giveaway entry for that location. Each model home will have its own unique QR code, so visiting additional homes gives you additional chances to win. Visit all five participating models to maximize your entries.
On Saturdays from 10 am - 3 pm, each community will feature a unique local food or drink vendor—come enjoy coffee, Italian food, tacos, churros, cookies, and more! Plus, every stop has free popsicles and ice cream sandwiches in the freezer to help you cool off while you browse.
Visit any participating model home during the 2026 Luxury Home Tour and scan the unique QR code displayed at that location. Complete the entry form to receive one giveaway entry for that model home. Each participating model will have its own unique QR code, giving you another chance to win each time you visit a new location. Visit all five model homes to receive up to five entries for a chance to win a $12,000 Disney vacation, a weekend to The Ozarker Lodge with tickets to Silver Dollar City, or a fun-filled staycation.
