Eligibility

This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Employees of Buffington Homes, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Pick up a Buffington’s Luxury Home Tour Passport at any participating Buffington model home between
September 13–21, 2025.

Visit all five participating model homes and collect one stamp at each location.

Submit your completed Passport at any model home or bring it with you to the live drawing.

Entrants must be physically present at the live drawing on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Evening Star model home to claim their prize. If the selected entrant is not present, another eligible entry will be drawn. We’d really hate to call your name for the big Disney trip and not have you there to celebrate!

Bonus Entry Opportunities

Social Media: Share about Buffington’s Luxury Home Tour on social media and tag Buffington Homes to receive 25 additional entries.

Community Activities: Additional entry opportunities will be available in each participating community. Details will be provided at each model home.

Prizes

Three winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible completed Passports.

Disney Vacation Giveaway – A $12,000 credit toward a Disney vacation package. Buffington Homes will coordinate with a Disney Trip Planner to book accommodations, park tickets, and experiences up to the prize value. Airfare is not included.

Branson Getaway Package – Includes a 2-night stay at The Ozarker Lodge, a $500 food gift card, and 4 tickets to Silver Dollar City.

Northwest Arkansas Staycation – Includes a 2-night stay at Hotel 21C Bentonville and a $300 food gift card.

Total Approximate Prize Value: $15,000.

General Conditions

Only completed Passports with all five stamps are eligible
for entry.

Winners must be present at the live drawing to claim their prize. If a winner is not present, another name will be drawn.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitutions are permitted except at Buffington Homes’ sole discretion.

Buffington Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

By entering, participants agree to allow Buffington Homes to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

Buffington Homes is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, or stolen Passports.

All decisions made by Buffington Homes regarding the drawing and prizes are final and binding.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release Buffington Homes, its employees, affiliates, partners, and sponsors from any liability, claims, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
