Cave Springs is a charming little town located just south Bentonville, west of Rogers and north of Springdale. The downtown area sits along Highway 112 in one of the more centrally located spots in the region. It's only five miles from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) and three miles from Mount Hebron, a brand new 75-acre park that accommodates pickleball, basketball, baseball, and tennis. It also features walking trails, a splash pad, a dog park, and more. It's no wonder Cave Springs and the surrounding towns of Centerton and Highfill are the fastest growing areas of Arkansas.
Situated just north of Fayetteville, south of Cave Springs, and within the city limits of Springdale, many families choose to live in Elm Springs because it's so centrally located! It's close to all there is to enjoy in Northwest Arkansas. It's known as a diverse, historic, and friendly town offering plenty of options for shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities.
